A graduate of The University of Cincinnati’s School of Design, Art, Architecture and Planning, Stu joined Fawley Bryant in 2011. After moving from Erie, PA where he taught at Mercyhurst University for seven years, Stu returned to the field of architecture in the Bradenton/Sarasota area. Stu plays a key role at Fawley Bryant with his ability to turn a conceptual vision into reality. His creative pragmatism has played a fundamental role in the completion of large-scale sports and education projects like IMG Academy’s West Campus and Binghamton University’s Baseball Complex. His 3D modeling and technological abilities allow clients and team members to visualize project considerations from a tangible and intuitive perspective. Stu currently serves as a Board Member for the Manatee Chamber of Commerce and Leadership Manatee’s 2019 class.
Amanda Parrish joined Fawley Bryant Architecture (FBA) in 2016, serving as the director of marketing and business before assuming her role as partner and COO. With an unwavering belief in teamwork, Amanda looks for ways to cultivate the unique skills and talents of those around her and puts a premium on company culture, which has resulted in increased employee retention, significant new projects for the firm, and being named a Best Places To Work by both SRQ Magazine and Tampa Bay Business Journal. Her accolades include the Business Oberserver’s 40 Under 40, SRQ Magazine’s 35 Under 35, and Spring Arbor University’s Young Leader Award.
Kirk Bauer joined the FBA team in October of 2012. Holding a Masters in Architecture, Bauer provides over 21 years of experience in the industry, giving him a deep understanding of design, project management, and client relations. In 2022 he was named Director of Sports after a strong history of managing large scale projects with the Atlanta Braves, Pittsburgh Pirates, Miami Marlins, St. Louis Cardinals, Major League Baseball, Binghamton University and IMG Academy. In 2023 he was elevated to firm principal with a focus on developing strong relationships with our sports clientele.
